Almost 70 Joan Miró’s works on paper will stop being anonymous after decades in order to surprise the admirers in an itinerant show that will go around the world. It was given to be known by Manuel de la Giraudier, organizer of the voyage. De la Giraurdier, a great private art dealer, mentioned that he kept this work into anonymity, that he got it from very close friends of this great painter, and that it is composed of drawings, watercolors, gouasches and oils on paper and cartoon. These works, which authenticity has been certified by the art expert Jacques Dupin, express the creativity and the abundant chromatic language that featured Miró in the 40s y 70s, as well as his inclination to surrealism. Famous art galleries of New York are discussing the opportunity to be starting point of the voyage of the itinerant show, which has awoken much interest on art critics, collectors and special press.
